How to use We recommend you take 20 drops twice a day (2 ml), either pure or diluted in water. Shake before use. You can also dissolve 40 drops in 550 ml of water and drink throughout the course of the day (you can use Biofficina Toscana’s exclusive 100% recyclable water bottle).
